Mix énergétique autoproduction hydrogène

Dyomix, your solution to meet flexibility challenges

Bulane offers an energy mix management solution that monitors your energy options in real time (on-site fossil gas or electricity for hydrogen self-production). Depending on their cost, carbon content, and grid availability, our solution chooses the best energy source for you: this is what we call hybridation.

Fonctionnement électrolyse

Principle of Electrolysis Technology

Electrolysis uses an electric current to split the water molecule (H₂O), releasing oxygen (O₂) and hydrogen (H₂) in gaseous form. The two gases are produced either directly as a mix (Bulane patented technology) or delivered through separate networks, passing through cooling, drying, and purification systems to achieve the required pressure and purity.
Progressivity and reversibility of hybridation
Modularity and control of your energy mix
On-demand production
No gas transport or storage
Less CO₂
Significantly reduce your emissions.
Energy resilience
No dependency on a single source.

Compatible with your existing installations

Want to gain energy independence?

Our Dyomix engineering team is dedicated to your project. Hybridize your industrial processes with our experts—discover the steps:
This first phase, prior to the project, aims to identify and thoroughly audit all of your existing thermal processes. The objective is to determine the suitability of hybridization for your production line. This step gives you a more concrete view of the decarbonization potential of your operations.
After defining the opportunity, the feasibility study develops a general description of the project. It takes all elements into account, including the main equipment and processes, in order to propose a tailor-made solution that meets your needs.
Once the project has been approved, the detailed conceptualization phase begins. This includes the technical studies required to carry out the work on your thermal processes, including design, project engineering, implementation, eligible financial assistance, reverse planning, etc.
Together with our teams and partners, we take charge of managing and monitoring the project work. Our priority is to control the costs and schedule of the overall project.
Once implementation is complete, we commission your new hybrid thermal process and verify its performance before final validation. At the end of the project, we transfer operations and monitor the process, remaining available to provide maintenance support.
